Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the specific order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the keyboard in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, keycap pullers, and extra switches are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Securely tape the box and affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the switch functionality and cosmetic condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
